Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® TX 23-1

Where Veterans Ride Together and Lift Each Other Up.

The Wall That Heals ceremonial escort made its way through Wylie today, bringing the three-quarter-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. to Founders Park. Standing 7.5 feet tall and stretching 375 feet, this powerful memorial offers a place of reflection, remembrance, and healing — honoring those who served, those who sacrificed, and those who never came home.

The memorial will be open 24 hours a day from midnight Oct. 30 through 2 p.m. Nov. 2 at 📍 Founders Park (851 Hensley Ln., Wylie, TX).

Our Brothers and Sisters of the “Lonestar Chapter” were proud to help carry this mission forward. A special thank-you to Ride Captain Michael Selheim for taking the reins on this escort and to all our members who made the ride to honor our Vietnam veterans. Your dedication continues the spirit of Veterans Helping Veterans.

We also extend gratitude to our partners and supporters who helped make this escort possible: Fuel City, Wylie Police Department, Wylie Fire Rescue, Wylie Public Works, Wylie Parks, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, and Speak Loud Group for capturing the moment so beautifully.

This is why we ride — to honor, remember, and serve.
